Contact me – I understand that to make that first approach can be a big step, please be assured that I have wide experience and am very easy to approach.
As therapists we are ‘people’ people and trained to put clients at ease in a safe and comfortable therapy setting.
You can talk to me here without obligation, my aim is to put you at ease and to help you.

All client and potential client contact is strictly confidential and governed by the code of ethics of both the UKCP and CNHC. I am happy to answer any queries you may have about this.
I take client confidentiality very seriously and am happy to explain my process in detail should you so wish.
Contact is without obligation, I am happy to discuss times, fee structure and availability at flexible times to suit you.
I do not offer free initial consultations because in the rare event that a client and I choose not to work together on an issue, I can often recommend an alternative therapist.
In addition, I seek to add value for the client from the very first meeting or consultation and therefore my fee for the first consultation is payable.

I do not use a receptionist in order to preserve your confidentiality. A confidential telephone answering service is provided for those who prefer, and for when I am temporarily unavailable or with clients.
Only I have access to that telephone answering service.
